Help build the bakeries that become part of the neighbourhood.

At GAIL's, every new bakery starts with a vision. As our Property Project Manager, you'll help turn that vision into reality, delivering new bakery openings and refurbishments that create exceptional spaces for our teams, customers and communities.

Working closely with the Head of Construction, you'll manage multiple projects across the GAIL's estate, coordinating contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards.


ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Managing new bakery openings and refurbishment projects from concept to completion
  • Coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Tracking project budgets, purchase orders and invoices
  • Supporting design meetings, site meetings and project reviews
  • Managing project documentation and reporting
  • Liaising with landlords, agents and acquisition teams throughout the lease and approval process
  • Helping deliver exciting projects across high streets, shopping centres, airports and travel hubs


ARE YOU THE MISSING INGREDIENT

  • Project management experience within construction or property
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Hospitality, retail or food & beverage experience is beneficial
  • Experience with landlord approvals and multi-site projects is advantageous
